I don't know, if you look at Natural Hypertrophy, the guy used to be a complete nerd but he became so muscular he looks better than any normie you can compare him to.



The best way to stop being a nerd is to get muscular. Even if you remove the glasses, a lot of nerds just have a very nerdy face that they can't get rid of. But if you add a muscular physique to the ensemble, you get such a high level of dimorphism, that the guy could be wearing glasses and nobody would call him a nerd.

For Superman to be Clark Kent, he had to hide his muscles by layering pieces of clothing one on top of the other, and also he had to ruin his posture on purpose to make himself look lesser than himself. People always say it's just the glasses but it is so much more.
