Everyone knows IV is effective for lightening as its fully absorbed but the bottom line on taking lipsomal glutathione aint there.

Bro I remember I used to buy supplements from Amazon and wondered why shit bever worked its because theyre all fake all cope. Amazon has no regulations so 99% of amazon is water pills. Buy from iherb thats where Its legit.

Around 2 shades. I also use it in combo with niacinamide, alpha arbutin, vitamin c etc, so not sure how effective it is in isolation

Methylene blue is better (also helps with undertones).
