Any gym tips?

I’m currently 79kg/175lbs and 188cm/6’2, I don’t bench or deadlift much weight, I have gained around 19kg since I started going to the gym, it feels like I’m not improving that much in the gym so I would appreciate tips, and what weight would you suggest I should cut?

You should be benching deadlifting & squatting. All those compound lifts carry on to other exercises too

Respectfully disagree.. deadlifting saves me time from back workouts

I do cycle dumbbell & bench press tho
