ngl my hairline is pretty shit so longer is probably better but what can I change about it to make it more harmonious with my face shape? Or should I grow it out and run pretty boy game? Also I can grow a light stubble should I keep the clean shaven look or?

Either shorter or longer, no need for unshaved look as you have a good chin, but you do have a bit of buccal fat so you should reduce your bodyfat %.
