growing out my hair rn any suggestions for hairuts or hair routines i can use im pretty sure my hair is damaged since i wash it w shampoo regularly so just asking for some advice

i woudnt mind trying but i have a bald spot on the back of my head due to an injury when i was younger so im not too sure
