Hi guys
just need to know what my flaws are and how I can fix them

I don’t mind surgeries if it will improve my look

Not the ideal pic to assess, but I'd say your flaws are the following :

- hair loss ; receded/miniaturized temporal peaks & hairline
- infraorbital hollowness, dark circles, pronounced tear through
- wide alae, flared nostrils, wide undefined tip
- excessively tall upper lip
- bloated cheeks
- poor skin texture

Suggested treatments (in the same order) :

- finasteride + minoxidil + microneedling
- infraorbital implants and/or fat grafting
- rhinoplasty (alar plasty, tip plasty)
- upper lip reduction
- debloating diet, and/or buccal fat removal, and/or botox injection in the masseter
- resurfacing laser, tazarotene/tretinoin

I went through your posting history to find better pictures, and these 2 are more suited for an assessment.

You said in another thread that you've recently hopped on hairloss (fin & min) & skin medication. Good. You'll probably regrow hair in the temporal peaks and frontal third. Just be consistent and patient. Unless you're hyper responsive to the treatment, it will probably take 6-12 months before you see a substantial improvement.

Anyway, based on these 2 pictures, I maintain the following suggestions :

- infraorbital implants and/or fat grafting
- rhinoplasty (alar plasty, tip plasty)
- weight/fat loss, debloating diet, and/or buccal fat removal, and/or botox injection in the masseter
- resurfacing laser, tazarotene/tretinoin

And I would add the following to the list :

- fat grafting to the medial supraorbital region
- lower maxilla & mandible set back
- chin vertical augmentation

Your lower maxilla & mandible seem overprojected, thus causing your lips to protrude. I could be entirely wrong, but that seems the most logical explanation. I don't even know if it should/could be addressed with a surgery. Let's see if other users can chime in.

Idk depends if your pallet is narrow then it would help cant tell from the pics but your face doesn't seem to narrow
