I've been taking DNP for one day and have also been taking several supplements alongside it. I'm now approximately 30 hours into the cycle and have developed a severe headache. I've read that I shouldn't take any medication to relieve the headache, so I'm unsure what I should do. Is there anything I can do to help reduce it, or do I hang it up altogether?

just wait it out and dont take it anymore

I've been drinking around 4 litres of water today and got approximately 7 hours of sleep last night. However, the night before, I only slept for about 3 hours due to foid related issues. Do you think my sleep is causing this?

Honestly I dont really know bro, but I'd say maybe just see how it goes, monitor the stress and the compound usage and just keep notes

My upper teeth area on the left of my mouth started aching really bad last night first day of dnp but when i slept (13 hours) it went away so maybe just sleep and see how you feel
