Brother you have to consider facial harmony if you want to do a lot of surgery’s but o well here we go. The first thing worth considering would be a conservative rhinoplasty, mainly refining the nasal bridge and tip while keeping the nose proportional to the rest of the face. This will be nice for harmony!


The chin and jaw should be assessed by an orthodontist or maxillofacial surgeon using proper cephalometric measurements. If the chin is objectively under-projected, sliding genioplasty could be considered. major jaw surgery such as BSSO or maxillary surgery could be done. You’re going to have an extremely difficult time recovering from these surgery’s…


For the skin - accutane.

For the hair I would just grow it out and stop having a middle part, it dosent look good.
