After i do a 500-800 calorie deficit for about 6-7 days i get a very bad craving, and thats a normal pheno (happens to everyone after an extreme deficit) but once you binge its always unhealthy food, but its like now that i know about nutrition , i know the difference between healthy and unhealthy and what makes some food unhealthy to consume but now that your brain differentiates between the 2 types , when binging its always unhealthy greasy food instead of longer portion of healthy food, i know it comes from the bad mindset of (unhealthy = tasty , healthy = bad taste) but does anyone know how to have a better relationship with food:unsure:

What I have personally noticed is that my food attraction has switched tremendously after using reta. I usually did a cut and instantly started binging the second I was satisfied. Although, reta has changed the way i viewfood, and when my cravings get bad for unhealthy foods, it's always something healthy with more unhealthy add-ons or more topping, dressing etc.

Also sleep is important for controlling carb cravings.

good takes from ppl commenting

value yourself above junk food and if you crave things let yourself sit with it and you will notice it will give in within time. I eat those protein cream things (it's called kvarg here in sweden idk if it's the same in english) its basically just a paste, fills you up real good and the flavor can be pretty much anything like raspberry or some shit its almost like eating ice cream but its super low in calories and high in protein

damn bro why is everyone promoting reta :lul: i got you but did anything change in your mindset or is it just purely how reta affected you

I am not talking about the general appetite supression and nausea from food but purely mindset related. I believe that the good eating habits i've gained over time will stay when i'm titrating off reta in the foreseeable future. I have been battling unheathly foods for a long time so it's quite a profound change i've noticed, hence the promotion of retatrutide from my standpoint

yes its easy to replace your cravings when your disciplined but iam talking abt how binging is related to unhealthy food due to the bad understanding of food in your brain

true, id speculate its prob the high calorie density in the foods and it prob has alot of sugar etc that spikes your dopamine so ur brain accesoiates it with something you should crave when youre in a harsh deficit and all the other chemicals they use

safest bet id say is to go with lower calorie deficit, but its gonna take ages:ROFLMAO:

yes i've been cutting hard for the past 2 months i think. Many times i go below or just around 500 deficit, although I don't recommend this
