Any ideas to accurately track bidelt and height (to the mm)

Trying to see if I make any gains but I can’t find a method to get precise measurements. Thinking of making something for the bidelt then finding an exact stadiometer (which I can find thus far)


Currently on 6.25mg aromasin Ed but might up to 12.5 just to make sure


If I don’t see any results I’m going to be pissed tho my spine should still be open at 19 yo bone age

might work with a regular door opening if you measure from door post to door edge, gotta fiond some way to keep the door still tho

@davidlaidisme67 u have any studies showing bone age for spinal and clav fusion? I am desperately trying to find a source that says mine are open at 19 year bone age but everything just says 18-25 chronological age
