maybe look into nootropics or other orals that you could use occasionally depending on your situation, i.e. pregab , furosemide...

I would skip anavar, start at 150/week test E and slowly build up dose if you can tolerate. Also maybe consider remove reattrutide and focus on lean bulk and gain muscle. I would add Anavar only after already being on TEST for minimum like 2 months at a tolerable dose and if I wanted to cut, also adding retatrutide here for better calorie control. For extra liver protection look into injectable glutathione (intramuscular)

note: 15 is very fkn young if you don't know a lot about gear and how it will affect you and the consequenses that will follow it. highly recommend waiting a few years
