Any jaw transformation success stories from working out with guys who were already skinny?

I'll often see jaw transformations from fat guys losing weight, but I'm wondering if the same can work for a skinny unfit guy who started working out and losing body fat for muscle. Like I know that losing body fat%age is the #1 natural way to get a more defined lower third, but is it possible for a guy who is skinny to achieve a transformation by losing body fat (assuming he is unfit)? Idk what my body fat %age is, but I'm very skinny- 5'11 and about 135 lbs. Thing is, my diet is shit (i eat a lot of fast/junk food) and I've never had even a consistent month of working out, not including the times where I used to play basketball cuz I don't count that as really working out. I'm mainly curious about this because I have a pretty square jaw, but my jaw doesn't look that great because I don't have hollow cheeks. But when I take a selfie with my head facing down, you can see hollow cheeks and my jaw looks way better. So I'm new to this looksmaxxing stuff but I think that means I can lose fat to make my jaw look better?
Also, I've heard that improper swallowing methods may also lead to my problem. I'm just wondering if body fat may also contribute in my scenario

if you are a real fucking twink then no, but if you are kind of skinny fat (high bf %) maybe yes.

is it even possible for me to be higher than ideal body fat percentage given how skinny I am? My bmi is 18.44. I do think I have a bit of chubbiness I could lose tho, its' just my arms are so skinny that I think I look skinnier than I really am. Ahh, either way imma have to start working out, I can have other benefits w/o improving my jaw

I've noticed some positive changes, nothing ridiculous but developing more hollow cheeks.
Hard to pin down the cause because I'm young and that is pretty much what my dad looked like but I reckon working out has helped somewhat.
Also I've gone up in bf% since I started working out so the changes will be bigger than I realize.
Wouldn't count on any improvement but you should be working out anyway.
