Intro

“Project Max” is my autistic plan to completely transform myself and my life in the next few years.
it took me like 10 mins to write this so there may be grammar or spelling errors or I may of missed some things.


Looks (Looksmaxing)

Face & Skin

Accutane 40mg per day

Cleanse & Moisturize AM/PM

Vaseline on face (for dryness from accutane)

Shave every 1-2 days

Exfoliate beard after shaving

Benzoyl peroxide & Salicylic Acid after shaving (to avoid irritation)

Lip balm and vaseline on lips

BB cream (for clearer looking skin)

Eyebags: under eye cream to help blackness, BB cream to cover.

Ice face, gua sha, lymphatic drainage

Grow out hair

Continue dying hair and eyebrows black

Note: Always Stay very lean & cut (around 10% bodyfat) for more facial definition. (unless lean bulking)


Body hair: Pluck any random unwanted hairs (unibrow, cheek, nose hair etc), keep arms, legs, chest, johnson etc clean shaven, consider laser hair removal (especially when getting tats)

Keep up w General hygiene: wash hair, wash body, keep nails short etc

Always wear deodorant and a strong perfume.


Teeth

Brush 2-3 times per day

Whitening strips in 2 week periods

Mouthwash & floss every night

Notes: consider getting professional whitening done


Jaw/Palate Routine

This is my facial exercise routine to strengthen my jawline and widen my palate:

Chin tucks 3x20rep

Neck curls 3x20rep

High speed jaw openings 3 x 20 rep w 10 sec break x 3

MPR 3x25rep

Do 2 times per day (morning and night)

Note: I'm also going to focus on chewing hard foods to strengthen my jaw.


Fashion

Current fashion is good, Keep my Old money x streetwear style.

Always wear silver jewellery as it suits my skin tone.

Wear lots of black.

Only limiting factor is not having enough money to buy more clothes, this will change in the future.

HEALTH

Health is important for not just how you look but also feel, These are all the methods im going to use to improve it:

  • Sun exposure
  • Nature (Beach, rainforest etc)
  • Meditation
  • Exercise
  • Breathwork
  • Grounding
  • Supplements
  • NEVER STRESS
  • Sleep (9-10 hour high quality sleep)
Sleep Notes: no blue light before sleep (put phone on red), keep room cold, eye mask, meditate before.

DIET

Keep diet simple & healthy:

Protein: Beef, Eggs, Chicken, Fish

Carbs: Potato, Rice, Fruit, Vegetables

Fats: Greek Yoghourt, Raw milk, butter

Eat in a 90/10 split. 90% healthy 10% unhealthy.


MY HEALTH ISSUE:

Ever since I was a kid I've had low energy, bad sleep, fatigue, zoning out, tiredness etc and it's still affecting me to this day. The goal is to get to the bottom of it this year (2025) and get it fixed.

My current hypothesis is that I may have a small airway from mouth breathing my whole childhood + allergies which has always caused me to not be breathing right and have a low amount of oxygen going to my brain, causing all these issues.

Solution:

Medication and/or nasal surgery for allergies.

For airway: PALATE EXPANDER.

PALATE EXPANDER: If my airway gets scanned and it is in fact small I'm going to push the orthodontist to give me a palate expander. The great thing about this is that it's not just going to improve my breathing, it's also going to improve my looks by making my face wider.

If the problem is not the airway, continue research.


Gym Plan/Routine

PHASE 1: LEANMAXING

I'm currently just focusing on cardio for the gym as I'm still youngish (17 almost 18 at the time of writing) and I'm trying to get to my peak leanness and I also don't want to stunt any height growth I have left.

I'm also doing MMA training as I Believe it's important to learn how to fight as a man.

Routine:

1 Hour cardio, 4-5 days per week, goal to burn 500 calories per session.

MMA Training: 1-2 Sessions Per week from Gym. 1-3 On bag at home.


PHASE 2: MUSCLEMAXING

When i'm ready (sometime within the next 1-2 years) i'm going to start lifting weights, go on a lean bulk and put a good amount of muscle on my frame, I will also consider hopping on sarms mk677, enclo etc.

Height is important. The taller you are, the more dominant and confident you're going to look and you will have more female appeal.

I'm currently 5 ‘10, the goal is to get to 6ft +

LL surgery is not an option as it is too risky and gay, So i'm mainly focusing on natural methods to increase my height

I'm very sure my growth plates are still open and I can increase my height more. these methods will help:

One thing I’ve noticed about all rich/successful people is that they become very very good at 1 thing and they then dominate that industry.
So that’s what I’m going to do.
With AI
The reason I've chosen AI as my business model is because it's something I'm passionate about and is an industry that's growing every year.

THE PLAN:

Continue working my minimum wage job, Learn AI on the side, Build up an AI business, and when I'm making more from my business than I'm making at my job, quit my job and go full time in my business and keep building.

Current budget: NO BUDGET, Just Spend & Invest the current money I'm making wisely.
Future Budget (When making more money): TO BE MADE.

THE VISION

Living in the Gold Coast in a highrise apartment with a Mercedes parked below. Building an AI empire, making lots of money, Traveling, Exploring nature spots, Beach, Surfing, Socialising, Getting girls. Enjoying life to the max.

Once I'm off Accutane for 6+ months I'm going to start getting tattoos, I want to eventually cover most of my body (Neck down) with tattoos. Getting tattoos will give me a masculine, unique, attractive look.

NOTE: my social life is already pretty good, only change to make is to go out a bit more.

These are some of my tips for you.
- Fuck that pottasium crap. It doesn't work, you can eat all the avacado pills, it isn't going to work. This is because your body balances everything out. If you wanted to deplete sodium levels and have high pottassium levels, you'd have to run a marathon. You're body is smart and if you keep putting too much pottasium you're going to end up shitting it out anyway. My mums a doctor and I've asked her about all this and this is what she's told me.

- Don't drink 4L of water per day, 3L is the perfect amount.

-Thumbpulling is genuinley cope, please don't fall for that crap. It doesn't work and if it does, you're going to missalign your symmetry. At the very least ask chatgpt or something like that if you want to prove it.

- For the tatoo's, really? You want to cover yourself in tatoos? This isn't gonna give the manly look you want in my opinion, it'll make you look like a degenerate from the streets. But it is your choice in the end.

Ever since I was a kid I've had low energy, bad sleep, fatigue, zoning out, tiredness etc and it's still affecting me to this day. The goal is to get to the bottom of it this year (2025) and get it fixed.

My current hypothesis is that I may have a small airway from mouth breathing my whole childhood + allergies which has always caused me to not be breathing right and have a low amount of oxygen going to my brain, causing all these issues.

Solution:

Medication and/or nasal surgery for allergies.

For airway: PALATE EXPANDER.

PALATE EXPANDER: If my airway gets scanned and it is in fact small I'm going to push the orthodontist to give me a palate expander. The great thing about this is that it's not just going to improve my breathing, it's also going to improve my looks by making my face wider.

If the problem is not the airway, continue research.


Gym Plan/Routine

PHASE 1: LEANMAXING

I'm currently just focusing on cardio for the gym as I'm still youngish (17 almost 18 at the time of writing) and I'm trying to get to my peak leanness and I also don't want to stunt any height growth I have left.

I'm also doing MMA training as I Believe it's important to learn how to fight as a man.

Routine:

1 Hour cardio, 4-5 days per week, goal to burn 500 calories per session.

MMA Training: 1-2 Sessions Per week from Gym. 1-3 On bag at home.


PHASE 2: MUSCLEMAXING

My current hypothesis is that I may have a small airway from mouth breathing my whole childhood + allergies which has always caused me to not be breathing right and have a low amount of oxygen going to my brain, causing all these issues.

Solution:

Medication and/or nasal surgery for allergies.

For airway: PALATE EXPANDER.

PALATE EXPANDER: If my airway gets scanned and it is in fact small I'm going to push the orthodontist to give me a palate expander. The great thing about this is that it's not just going to improve my breathing, it's also going to improve my looks by making my face wider.

If the problem is not the airway, continue research.


Gym Plan/Routine

PHASE 1: LEANMAXING

I'm currently just focusing on cardio for the gym as I'm still youngish (17 almost 18 at the time of writing) and I'm trying to get to my peak leanness and I also don't want to stunt any height growth I have left.

I'm also doing MMA training as I Believe it's important to learn how to fight as a man.

Routine:

1 Hour cardio, 4-5 days per week, goal to burn 500 calories per session.

MMA Training: 1-2 Sessions Per week from Gym. 1-3 On bag at home.


PHASE 2: MUSCLEMAXING

When i'm ready (sometime within the next 1-2 years) i'm going to start lifting weights, go on a lean bulk and put a good amount of muscle on my frame, I will also consider hopping on sarms mk677, enclo etc.

HEIGHTMAXING

Height is important. The taller you are, the more dominant and confident you're going to look and you will have more female appeal.

I'm currently 5 ‘10, the goal is to get to 6ft +

LL surgery is not an option as it is too risky and gay, So i'm mainly focusing on natural methods to increase my height

I'm very sure my growth plates are still open and I can increase my height more. these methods will help:

Break up w long term girlfriend soon and commit to casual relationships / hookups.

NOTE: my social life is already pretty good, only change to make is to go out a bit more.



Conclusion:

“Project Max” will not be completed until I'm Tall, Tatted, Buff, Sexy and Rich.
