After wake up I'm 6'2 with absolutely perfect posture no spinal compression then within 5 mins of walking around I'm around 6'1.5" with no significant anterior pelvic tilt when I look in the side in the mirror.
At the end of the day, especially after vertical loading on my spine after working out I'm 6'1 at the end of the day

I can try continuing this assisted half kneeling hip flexor stretch that gave improvements in a few days by loosening the adductor muscle which is a major driver of APT. Potentially need to fix slight forward head posture from craning my neck down at my phone 8 hours a day

I want to know how much spinal compression you guys get because I feel like a fucking manlet at the end of a day losing an inch :lul: no amount of "hydration" fixes this issue for me I think either tight muscles in my back and neck are defaulting me to a shitty posture or I'm gymcelling too much

DNR to you manlet nibbas who are gonna whine about envying my height you don't understand how bad the heightpill/inflation is in my area 90% of Gen Z here are 6'2+ especially with those thick insole shoes they all wear I have to be my absolute tallest. I routinely get height mogged at my school

try dead hangs for like 30sec and do 3 sets
if that doesnt do anything then just keep living, nobodys really gonna care if your 1 inch shorter at night then you are morning
