yeah something is fucked with amazon links on this forum.

I took a double dose for the first week and now just 1 softgel per day. I noticed an energy boost, even if its just placebo. Feelsgood, didn't notice skin tone difference or anything.

Also from every study I have read there's a large absorption difference if you take this supplement with water or when you take it together with a fatty meal. Always take this pill with a fatty meal cuz otherwise it's basically just a waste.
