I was looking for more of an explanation of my deteriorating symptoms, not someone to confide to or whatever ( not my thing )

Disordered thinking
Lack of intelligibility when speaking, writing and conversing vs before
Impaired short term memory
Can't distinguish whether certain events happened within dream state or real life?
