Because even you 5000 PSL pretty boys with 60 Tinder likes per minute lift some. Low bf is pretty hard to maintain without it.

For me:

  • 4pl8 weighted dip for 5
  • 2pl8 weighted pull-up for 5 (I suck at pull-ups tbh)
  • 315 lb good morning for 5
  • 2g of trenbolone weekly for 6 weeks
