I see. i don't think you need to change the external shape of a nose to fix the septum, but I'm not an expert, obviously. Also in sure this is something you can do for free, are you doing it as a cosmetic rhino?

I could do it for free on nhs with a couple of years of waiting because of covid backlog, but in a consultation was told the shape had to be changed as well so they could do the septoplasty with rhinoplasty.
