any non surgical options to reduce nose size especially width?

also, I am only 16 and started sleeping on the back some time ago and already saw some improvement (one side looks less droopy than it used to) would that mean some of the asymmetries can go away?

Tretnoin and accutane brugga. Look up accutane nose.

That's called placebo effect.
Anyway, most men don't actually need rhino but rather bimax for recessed maxilla

yea, but ive seen great improvements (i no longer look like a tomato) from salicylic acid, vitamin c, niacinamide, topical zinc, retinol and glycolic acid, also a lot of what you see is scars(used to pop pimples) and my lips are dry to begin with and i know accutane dryes them out even more

My lips are fucked dry right now and I am waiting for accutane from india. Glad that stuffz working 4 u brud.
