He asked how he can lose facial adiposity, genius. You don't have facial adiposity at 12% bf unless you have utter garabge genetics. (nonexistant facial bones). You just posted a pic of a genetic abomination which Op isn't.
He doesn't even have excess fat, his face is very lean, so his question should have been, why don't I have gigachad bones on top of being lean?
