Sleep in comfy cold sheets and use an air conditioner if you have one + take melatonin

Don't depend on melatonin supplements but use once if needed

Take a warm shower before bed as it lowers your internal temp, and don't eat a couple hours before bed as your body warms up trying to digest and metabolize food.
