You look better in current profile pic in other pics I seen so far. Good luck at trying to cut your bodyfat to at least 15%-20% ranges. I know, evryy hard to do. You need help with that, from a gym-coach or lifestyle coach something else.

No reason to be scared imo!
I am past 30 already, 36 now.

I would be scared of:
1. balding
2. getting fucked up skin, collagen reaper, hyperpigmentation, etc...
(alot get heavier and fatter as they age, but that is lifestyle. So no need to fear it, it just needs work and lifestyle.)
3. possibly deceases higher risk of getting.

I now at 36, I look around equal to my best ever. So I didn't experience aging as something needing to be scared off looking bacwards.
Let me see and digg up some pics.
At 28 and 33 I looked worse then today at 36 I notice.
At 36 now, I overall maybe look kinda equally well/bad as when I looked mu best, at 17 - 25.

Luckily I didn't go bald, imagine me bald or very balding now at 36. Then 100% game over for sure.

Right now my goal is to take this year off and moneymax before University where im gonna be majoring in sports med hopefully to become a physical therapist. I plan to get married in my mid 20's but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't scared of the future tbh
