Tbh I got them from my dad. He’s also a manlet and hyper aware. You can get them on amazon/eBay or aliexpress (cheap but takes long to arrive)

it says 2.8 inches but since it’ll compress under your body weight you lose a few cm but it’s nothing too noticeable. word of advice tho, if you’re a framelet it won’t work as well simply because of a lack of arm length and/or leg length
