So I had a blackpill friend tell me that "you and I are regular looking guys, we're never gonna slay on tinder".
So begins my journey to prove him wrong LMAO.

I want to get nasal tip refinement with rib cartilage implant, ptosis repair, epicanthoplasty, and bimaxillary protrusion correction (whether it's through anterior segmental osteotomy or extractions + tad/IPR ) but I'm scared as fuck of the risks.

I'm already a 4-4.5 PSL, people say im HTN in the east but over in the west lol .

Anyone have any experience with cosmetic surgery? How was the pain? Are you still experiencing side effects to this day?

really just depends on the thing being done. Ive had 2 but they were very minor and basically 0 risk, unlike yours.

you cant put all of them under one umbrella, some carry more botch or permanent impairment risk (like fucked up nerves with jaw surgery) than others. Research each one by itself

which ones did you do? doesn't eyelid surgery carry little risk? I am thinking EU dental if I get ASO, but my bimax protrusion is so minor it could probably be solved by braces alone.

i had rhinoplasty and chin implant. my nose tip is all hard. it lacks some sensation. it seems to run all the time and even drips, although my whole family seems to have this problem. i still can't breath through it.

but i got it 20+ years ago and my surgeon was shit.

no side effects from chin implant.

pain was minimal, nothing to really be concerned about

eh, maybe from subhuman to LTN, or LTN to MTN. my nose is worse than before surgery, so all the improvement came from the chin. can't fucking wait to finally get my nose fixed.

nose usually isn't that important imo it changes psl a bit but not appeal. if you could dm me and send pics i would appreciate it tho
