No one here does either besides a general idea. If it's class two you have to bring the jaw forward. Whether it's just lower or both, cwr or ccwr etc. that's up to the surgeon and your expectations.

Depends on how much movement is needed.
Jut your jaw forward till you are satisfied. If your bottom teeth goes past your upper, you have two options.
1) Braces to decompensate your lower teeth far back and upper teeth far forward as possible. Then you can push the lower jaw only without giving you an underbite. Remember your upper teeth needs to go slightly past your lower always.
2) DJS where both jaws are moved forward.
Either case, your teeth will be decompensated first. If the surgeon feels like there's a big enough gap to move your lower, they might stick with lower only. Otherwise both need to be moved.
