5’11 and my growth plates have fused. Need sum options to grow more

Tackling the elephant in the room first... 5'11" is not short, it’s arguably the ideal male height. You’re average, maybe even slightly above. The return on investment for worrying about this is practically zero. But I digress.

Once your growth plates have fused, there’s little you can do to increase height without surgery. No peptides, no growth hormone analogs, none of it will work. Hitting your bones with a hammer, jumping, or any other gimmicks? Useless. Probably not what you want to hear, but I’d rather be honest than sell you false hope.

Your best bet is perfect posture and shoe lifts to maximize what you’ve got. Beyond that, surgery is the only real option for permanent height increase.

holy shit, a reasonable and informed user

Aside from surgery, as an adult, the only somewhat noticeable increase in height is a minor improvement of up to 1 cm through better posture and spinal health, achieved after years of consistent exercise.

Glucosamine doesn’t work. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now
