I’ve already looked at getting some from a SARM site but idk if it’s worth I already take GABA for sleep and don’t want anything that may inhibit my natural GABA receptors. Being that phen penetrates through the BBB do you think it could fry my receptors?

its not literally OTC but its legal and easily available online get it from science.bio

if you dont use it often no it wont affect your receptors, just ideally take at least a week between uses, at a push you could use twice a week but i wouldnt recommend

wouldn’t know entirely if it had much of an affect on my quality of sleep BUT since having cut it out my sleep has improved.

The only real use I’d see using phen would be before a specific event like
first date/interview/social gatherings/public speaking

But as for an everyday kind of downer I’ve tried 2-3g taurine and I feel as if it helped me not care as much In a situation where I’d be slightly irritated/anxious.
