Low inhib and NT

As you may now, I'm extremely high inhib and ND, making it extremely difficult to do anything with

I won't take into account my personality disorder because I'm talking about getting to slay, not keeping the slayee

How can I change my ways and become NT and lower my inhib???

propranolol or alcohol can lower inhib in the short term, i wouldn't recommend mixing these though. for NTmaxxing copy other NT people, but take from multiple NT people and mix it into your own NT personality

adderall will just make you hyperfocused, but if you're neurodivergence is mainly ADHD not autism then adderall is the medication prescribed for ADHD

yes, talk to your doctor they will probably prescribe it to you or a similar medication that does the same
