I eat curry and rice with my hands, been doing it for like forever and I cant stop for some reason.

I Don't eat indian food, it's literally slop that stinks .

Hate it during birthdays they push cake in each other mouth with their hands , literally the hall mark of a freshie.

what do you usually eat for breakfast lunch and dinner then?

yea the only indian food I eat is that tomato soup mixed with rice and ground chicken.

Oats
Nuts
Biltong (dried beef)

Lunch

Salad , meat , beans

Dinner

Any homemade meal really.

me but depends on what i eat. roti, french fries, bread, etc all with hand.

Strange, white people love curry (myself included)

Never understood the appeal of curry. White rice is basically sugar as it's broken down so fast and has no nutritional benefit. (Indians are mostly insulin resistant)


Curry is cooked for so long all nutrients are just broken down, also they fill it with cream indians are lactose intolerant or ghee. They then add spices that overpower the whole dish.


I don't believe food is to be mixed like that and explains all the health problems.

Roti is wheat, when most indians are gluten intolerant, also spikes blood sugar.

It's poison really.


It's choices , it just isn't for me.
