Any other ethnics get "coconut" or "choc-ice" thrown at them growing up?

My grandparents moved to the UK back in the 1950s, I grew up in a very white neighborhood. So I apparently "sound white" and my preferences in music, food are stereo-typically white, i'm areligious, etc. you get the point.

I didn't choose this life, its just how things turned out, i'm neither ashamed or proud of it. It just is.

Back in the early 2000s began a wave of immigration into the UK which has continued to this day. So whereas before a brown guy with my background wasn't that unusual among the small percentage of ethics here, now I'm a minority among minorities - and i've had a lot of ethics treat me as such, "why do you act so white bro", "you don't like spicey food? what the fuck?", "you're a fucking coconut bro".

I'm not sure what these people expect? If your family moves country, eventually the country you moved to will assimilate you and your children.

I am what their grandchildren will be like, they need to get used to it.
