189 is still REALLY good tho is it not? u should wear a 1" insole cause i do that to get to 6'6 / 198. i thought it was stupid at first but i literally feel like theyre more comfortable. driving actually feels nicer with them on idk why

im just starting to get back into working out, i'm pretty skinny rn though. i dont have narrow clavicles thankfully
