any peatpilled (ray peat) bros wanna help me with steroid cycle PCT?

Im thinking of doing test-e 300 mg cycle for 16 weeks, any of you guys ran this cycle before? what is a good PCT? I look around on raypeatforum niggas saying nolvadex is shit and to run hcg throughout the cycle, and even recommending aromasin only PCT which seems kinda retarded. Is anybody peatpilled here and also does roids wanna give some tips for a peaty steroid cycle?

Hmm every pct I see for test usually recommends nolvadex and clomid. What critiques do they have of nolvadex?
