I am neurodivergent ash i have adhd,ocd,gad,depression and prolly more but idc

Im on 15mg lexapro, ill probably move to 10mg cuz i dont wanna affect my height

I’m on 50mg Sertraline and bumping up to 75 when I’m on my third week of 50mg because of depression.

I’ve noticed that i’ve gained weight but I cut down from my Abilify from 5 - > 2.5 mg and my stomach has lost some size

I used SNRI Wellbutrin for 4 weeks but it did nothing. I only noticed sometimes lapse of concentration but there was no improvement of mood.

Antidepressants will not solve your depression if the causative factors are external - as they are for almost everyone who found this place.

idrk it’s over six foot i’d guess between 6’1 and 6’2 but maybe less i just know it’s over six foot by a decent margin
idk if lexapro affected it because i was already tall when i got on it and my parents are pretty tall

Tbh bro i think the worst one has to be ocd, after that id say depression and anxiety, after that ADHD.

Main symptoms are ruminating thoughts, intrusive thoughts, negative thoughts, overthinking, compulsions, repeating behaviours, just feeling down in general. For adhd i always cant seem to stay still and just sit. My mind always switches topics.

Diagnosed bro like a few times already. Tbh i would stay on 15mg but i think id larp being fine to my psychiatrist because i dont wanna stunt my height as much. Maybe 10mg might be fine but i still have to stay on 15 for a few weeks. I think ill go on 10 in a month

She is dumb tbh i just told her i felt tired on 20mg and she instantly lowered it.
Not really a psychiatrist my prescribing doctor does that stuff but i think she will let me easily till 10mg
