Any permanent methods to lighten sclera over time?

I always see threads on temporary fixes like lumify but it doesn’t look natural and causes rebound redness/irritation I’ve never seen anybody make a thread or add into a thread about other methods to lighten sclera

Lubricating eye drops can help but it’s not going to work like lumify.
