Hi, could you give some more details please, I feel like it’s what I’m watching for. I you had alveolar vertical excess (not one created by elongated maxilla as a whole but alveolar region only)? If there was a gummy smile (even slightly) in your case?

I have short nose and my upper maxilla is right while lower region (where philtrum located on a tissue level and alveolar ridge on a bone level) is longer than usual and it’s just straight, nor concave neither convex so I’m watching for the treatment connected to alveolar intrusion and how it affects facial appearance in philtrum zone overall (I guess it won’t affect philtrum and I would need a lip lift anyway but interesting if it’s making your teeth / alveolar sockets / region at all more convext or concave or shorter and etc.)
