I'm genuinely tired of being a retard that's always quiet, existing in school makes me nervous and the thought of how others see me is scary because I know how I look. I forgot which one but I think there’s peptides that help with this—semax or selank. I haven’t done any research into either but I’ve heard one of them helps with anxiety and stress
