The ideal height for LL is 5'9-5'11, You will see the biggest change in your life if you start in this range. Going avg->tall is way more impactful than short->avg.

I agree tbh, I'm 174cm in the morning so 5'8.5, Hopefully I can get 182cm nearly 6'0 height. So I'll go from manlet to avg height imo. I live with a lot of white tall zoomers in my area. I don't even think 5'9/5'10 is even avg anymore tbh

Maybe I'll do long-term glucosamine to squeeze out a full 183cm.

It depends on the Turkey Surgeon. I think U.S overall is better. But its expensive. Germany and Greece are probably better then Turkey and are still somewhat affordable 40k-60k range
