Like the title says I wanna ascend and I have some micronuclei left over from my lifting days so I could recover what I once had

but I imagine I would make shit gains with a shit diet while going 2 times a week so it’s better not to bother?

Good question, was asking myself the same thing, i can't sleep for shit not sure it's worth trying it :feelsrope:
