I’m Hispanic I’m lighter than most and genetically I’m more spainyard than anything else and whiter skin would fit me more but my Salvadoran genes screwed my skin tone

AHAHAHAHAHAHAH CAGING.

Alright here's a quick question. Do you have any lighter parts of your body? Say your torso, maybe arms or legs, anything that would get less sunlight. (NOTE: THE PALMS OF YOUR HANDS DON'T COUNT, they naturally have less melanin and aren't representative of your bodily skin tone, they will naturally be more pale regardless)

If the answer is yes then that means you have long term sun damage and can work on evening out your skintone. You can follow most "skin lightening products" that I'd normally write off as cope to help remove it, things like vitamin C, kojic acid, sun screen, and maybe chemical peels if your tan stubborn enough. I'd recommend consulting a dermatologist for further help.

If the answer is no then I'm sorry to break it to you but there really isn't any way to lighten your skin. Your base skin colour is the lightest it'll ever be. If skin lightening worked then every curry on the planet would try becoming White. Any product that promotes skin whitening will help remove a tan at best and will be a total scam at worst.

What's your current skin tone, either it be where you fall on the fitzpatrick scale or a celebrity match.

I never wore sunscreen as a kid so I became a little more brown but my base skin tone is very VERY white so I have hope that I can revert it back (yes there’s some parts of my body that don’t have sun damage so I know I’m white)

Unsure if it's white if it can tan into a brown. My ethnic skin which I'd be hesitant to call white, maybe the "swarthiest of white" skin tones (your average Balkan skintone as it's similar to Mirta Miller's if a reference is needed) still only tans into a golden yellow from continuous sun exposure. Chances are you're yellow and have a skin tone that resembles your average East Asian as their skin can usually tan into a caramell.

Regardless, just look into tan removal methods and that should help restore your natural skin colour. Never protecting your skin growing up is the 1# culprit to long term sun damage though it might require more extreme measures to remove such as laser treatment.

If you have a tan then it can help remove it but otherwise it's not going to do anything to lighten your skin if your skin isn't naturally lighter (palms of hands don't count, those are naturally lighter regardless of sun exposure, a better example would be if your torso or any uncommonly exposed limbs have a lighter skin tone). Also pray you don't need multiple and remember to take things like vitamin C and anything else that's normally thrown in with methods to cope about skin lightening but actually just help to lift a tan.

Thanks a lot bro and yes, I have parts of my body like my chest and places where the sun doesn't hit me, that are too light, I've always had a very light brown skin color, but now I look like a fucking Indian with European features
