Any real way to fix a negative canthal tilt? (Without surgeries)

Irl, I have a somewhat even tilt, yet on camera, it looks hella negative. Is there a way for a positive tilt or more positive tilt without surgeries?

I can't do anything about that brah. Im a sub-mod not a global mod so I don't believe I can recover it and I'm not highest authority.
