i saw one study saying in the long run it can actually age you quicker. BUT the study was done by a company that sells skincare products so ion know what o beleive

it's not a miracle cure, and if you're only doing it for skin quality, there are other alternatives that don't require that you needle your face. But its good for hair loss protocols when used in conjuction with other topicals, since it helps with absorption.
