Any recommendations of alternative exercises for an ectomorph

For example I focus more on the front squat than the back squat, and I also do the floor press instead of the bench press (Seems to suit me and my very long, lanky arms more) and use the trap bar for deadlifts rather than bb (Very long arms make the barbell deadlift dangerous for my lower back)


Any other ectomorphs here? what kind of gains have you made? i started at 140 lbs years ago, now only 153lbs at the very most (even on 4k cals a day) (i have a very low ceiling unfortunately, very frustating)
 
What do you mean by ectomorph, what is wrist size, ankle size, biacromial?

The only thing that worked for me as a pure ectomorph is heavy ass weights/compound exercices/caloric surplus/deca and dbol

Im not a gymcel. All i have is pull up barz so is all calisthenics for me. Im doing good with women and tbh I like how ny body lookz so itz a win win for me.

Im ectomorph. My diet is mostly bulking for a couple of monthz then 3 weekz of cardio HIIT along with a high protein diet, decreasing carbs gradually and almost no fatz.
