I heard drinking water helps a lot, but is there any other things I could try. Maybe add dark coffee lol

Chia seed pudding with milk (or coconut milk) and small amount of honey, the chia seeds will expand in your stomach. The chia seeds need to be soaked in liquid before you eat them since they expand though, very dangerous otherwise.

If you want to feel like a Chinese woman drink hot water or hot green tea.

Diet soda, Haribo gummies, or zero cal popsicles for sweet cravings, and low cal popcorn for salty cravings

Eat more protein: aim for around 25–40g of protein per meal. Protein keeps you full for longer.

Eat more fiber: vegetables, fruits, oats, beans, potatoes, and whole grains help reduce hunger.

Drink enough water: sometimes thirst can feel like hunger.

Get enough sleep: poor sleep can increase cravings and hunger.

Go for a 10–15 minute walk: it can help reduce cravings, especially after meals.

Drink coffee or green tea: caffeine can slightly reduce appetite for some people.

Choose low-calorie, high-volume foods: soups, salads, fruits, and popcorn can help you feel full.

Add healthy fats: nuts, seeds, avocado, and olive oil (in moderation) can improve satiety.

Limit ultra-processed foods: they often increase cravings.
:FeelsLoveMan: for me its the best things u can do

coke zero no caffeine, so you can drink it at night and your sleep won't get messed up.

If you cook your own meals, cook with beef tallow or any animal fat. When you cook with tallow, you will feel a lot fuller for way longer because it digests slower, and it suppresses your hunger hormone because it signals to your body that it is nourished. It is very calorie-dense, though, but I use like 2-3 teaspoons to cook my meats, which is like +80-120 calories.

DNR'ing every comment that says too much fat is bad for you and bad for cutting
