Dye brows 2 shades darker than ur hair

You have blue eyes so you can lowk dye your hair dark brown or black & it’d look really good. You’d have to dye your brows & hair. Brows are usually good to dye 2 shades darker than your hair like the other guy said. Would go hard if you dyed your hair dark brown or black

Other than that, get leaner. 12% is ideal
