Oh ok that’s what I’m hoping happens. Do you have any suggestions on how long to chew and frequency? I’m at around 10ish minutes rn every other day. I’m trying to increase the time by 10 seconds each session (only been at it for like 3 weeks)

I have always chewed with my back molars explains my giga mid face length despite having above average zygo width.
