Any reputable surgeons that do bimax just for aesthetics (good bite)?

I've been told by ortho's/surgeons I have a class 1 bite but a class 3 skeletal pattern, so I have a narrow, recessed, downswung maxilla / face.

Do Dr Ramieri / Pagnoni do bimax just for aesthetics, or is a bad bite required? If not, who can do bimax just for aesthetics?

get a consult with them and ask? Theres something called decompensation of the bite with braces

Almost any of them well, I know for a fact South Americans will. If you have a good bite you likely don't need bimax, it's probably overkill.

Should probably go for just implants. Saves you about $15,000 and a way less harsh healing process. Bimax 99% of the time does not give the aesthetic outcomes you're looking for.
