You mind sending me a pm without before and after? I am very conflicted if i even need it or what to get with it, my concern is mainly if i should touch my cartilage. I have a consultation with one of the best surgeons and dont know if i should go with it. My jaws are kind of recessed and dont know if a nose job will do the trick or make me look like a faggot. I dont have the money to get djs tho.
