Any risks to lower eyelid retraction?

I saw some beautiful results fixing droopiness of the lower eyelids with this surgery and i have no knowledge in surgery what so ever but im interested in this one. Are there any risks to this particular surgery/ do u guys recommend a pacific surgeon. I also heard infra orbital implants have the same results

I think my eyes look droopy in some pics such as my id, I would like some more support/ the illusion of better support so lower eyelid retraction and infra orbital implants are my only option

my under eye looks like that but I have neutral or positive tilt, over for me

I have slight sclera show like Sean opry or Jeremy Meeks and that combined with my slight negative hooding can make my eyes look droopy from far away

if thats your eye area just by getting neutral canthal tilt + under eye volume through any method (idk which one I need a solution too) your eyes wont be a falio anymore
