it's also got to do with the balance between serotonin and melatonin. Ideally, if you're going to bed during the onset of melatonin release and going through the correct amount of REM sleep and NREM sleep then you're gonna feel better.

I feel like shit when I get up past 10 tbhIf i wake up late I'll feel depressed that day. If I wake up at 5 am then it's gonna be fine.
