Don't visit a barber, visit a hair stylist. Barbers will fuck your shit up and give you some generic clean cut male gaze haircut. Depending on your age you should go for a more female gaze hairstyle

and take into account whats currently popular among your age/demographic

no need to spend money on a hair stylist
